We inspect every duct, vent, coil, drain pan, and air handler — and produce high-definition before photos specifically of your evaporator coil and condensate drain pan. These are the wettest, stickiest surfaces in your system and the primary zones where mold biofilm grows. You see exactly what has been living in your system before we remove a single particle. After photos are taken at completion for direct comparison.
Industrial rotary brushes reach deep into your ductwork and physically dislodge mold biofilm and debris bonded to the duct walls — material that vacuums, air purifiers, and filter changes can never reach.
A hospital-grade HEPA system creates negative air pressure throughout your duct network. Every particle we dislodge is captured and removed — none released back into your living space.
An EPA-registered antimicrobial is applied to coils, drain pans, duct interior, and air handler — eliminating residual mold, bacteria, and allergens at the source and leaving a protective barrier. Safe for children and pets within 2 hours.
We measure your air quality a second time with the same particle counter — you see the before and after numbers side by side. Then we install a brand-new premium MERV 13 micro-particle filter into your system. We don't slide a dirty $5 filter back into a sterile machine — your investment deserves a clean start from day one. Finally, we hand you a printed, signed Air Quality Decontamination Report with coil before/after photos attached. Our average result: 95%+ particle reduction in a single treatment.
While your system is open and freshly sterilized, we can install a medical-grade in-duct UV-C germicidal light directly above your evaporator coil — the wettest, most biologically active surface in the system. It operates 24/7, neutralizing new mold spores and airborne bacteria before they ever have a chance to settle and grow.
