Feel Better Outside Than
Inside Your Own Home?

Florida's humidity lets mold and bacteria build up inside HVAC systems year-round — and every time your AC runs, it pushes that air through every room. If your symptoms disappear the moment you step outside, your air system is the one thing nobody has checked yet.

Built on a Personal Problem — And a Gap Nobody Was Filling

Respira Florida is launching in Orlando in 2026. Here's why it exists.

"When I moved to Orlando, I noticed something I couldn't explain. Outside — even in the Florida heat — I felt fine. The moment I walked back inside and the AC kicked on, my allergy symptoms came back. Congestion, sneezing, that heavy feeling. I assumed it was the climate. Then I started researching."

What I found was not subtle. Florida's year-round AC use means HVAC systems run almost continuously — pulling air through ducts and coils that never fully dry out. Mold and bacteria don't just accumulate. They colonize. And every time the air conditioning turns on, it pushes that air through your home.

I couldn't find a single company in Orlando doing this with real accountability — testing the air before and after, documenting the result, and handing the homeowner something in writing. So I built one.

You've Done Everything Right. Have You Checked What's in Your Air?

You've done everything right — medications, doctor visits, air purifiers. But if you've never tested what's actually flowing through your ductwork, there's a piece of the picture most families are missing.

Florida's Climate Creates Conditions

Orlando averages 74% humidity year-round. That keeps your evaporator coil and drain pan permanently damp — perfect conditions for mold and bacteria to accumulate and spread through your home every time the AC runs.

Your HVAC Could Be a Contributing Factor

Your system runs year-round. Over time, ductwork and coils accumulate contaminants that aggravate asthma and allergies. For many families, it turns out to be the one piece they never thought to address.

Indoor air is 2–5× more polluted than outdoor air — EPA

Most Families Never Think to Look There

Medications manage symptoms. Air purifiers help one room at a time. Neither touches what's inside your ducts and coils — where the source of daily exposure lives. Knowing your number is the first step.

From Contaminated to Clean — Six Steps That Change Your Air

Here's exactly what happens on service day — and the proof you walk away with at the end.

1

Pre-Service Air Quality Test

Before we touch anything, we measure your home's air with a calibrated particle counter — right in front of you. This is your starting number. It's the number we're going to beat.

✦ You know your air quality score within minutes of our arrival — no guessing, no sales pitch.
2

Full System Inspection & Coil Photo Documentation

We inspect every duct, vent, coil, drain pan, and air handler — and produce high-definition before photos specifically of your evaporator coil and condensate drain pan. These are the wettest, stickiest surfaces in your system and the primary zones where mold biofilm grows. You see exactly what has been living in your system before we remove a single particle. After photos are taken at completion for direct comparison.

✦ Most homeowners have never seen inside their air handler. The coil photos alone are often enough to explain why symptoms persisted for years.
3

Deep Mechanical Agitation

Industrial rotary brushes reach deep into your ductwork and physically dislodge mold biofilm and debris bonded to the duct walls — material that vacuums, air purifiers, and filter changes can never reach.

✦ This is the step most duct cleaning companies skip. We built our entire service around it.
4

HEPA Negative Air Extraction

A hospital-grade HEPA system creates negative air pressure throughout your duct network. Every particle we dislodge is captured and removed — none released back into your living space.

✦ Your home is genuinely cleaner after we leave than it was before we arrived.
5

Hospital-Grade Antimicrobial Treatment

An EPA-registered antimicrobial is applied to coils, drain pans, duct interior, and air handler — eliminating residual mold, bacteria, and allergens at the source and leaving a protective barrier. Safe for children and pets within 2 hours.

✦ The same standard used in hospitals and medical facilities. Applied in your home.
6

Post-Service Test, Premium Filter Install & Your Report

We measure your air quality a second time with the same particle counter — you see the before and after numbers side by side. Then we install a brand-new premium MERV 13 micro-particle filter into your system. We don't slide a dirty $5 filter back into a sterile machine — your investment deserves a clean start from day one. Finally, we hand you a printed, signed Air Quality Decontamination Report with coil before/after photos attached. Our average result: 95%+ particle reduction in a single treatment.

✦ You leave with a cleaned system, a new premium filter, documented coil photos, and signed proof of everything we removed.

Keep It Clean Forever: UV-C Germicidal Light Installation

While your system is open and freshly sterilized, we can install a medical-grade in-duct UV-C germicidal light directly above your evaporator coil — the wettest, most biologically active surface in the system. It operates 24/7, neutralizing new mold spores and airborne bacteria before they ever have a chance to settle and grow.

"Now that we've completely eliminated the biofilm, a UV-C light ensures it never comes back. It's the difference between a one-time clean and permanent protection — and it takes 20 minutes to install while we're already here."

One Service. Then a Plan That Keeps It That Way.

Start with the initial decontamination. After your service, protect your investment for $150 a month — and never pay $1,200 again.

Put the price in perspective. A single urgent care visit for your child's asthma runs $300–$500 — and treats the symptom, not the source. A year of prescription allergy medication costs $400–$800 — ongoing, with no end in sight. Respira treats the source once, documents the result, and gives your family a clean baseline to breathe from. Many families spend more managing symptoms every year than our one-time service costs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Standard duct cleaning removes visible dust with a vacuum. Medical-grade decontamination eliminates what you can't see — mold biofilm, bacteria colonies, dust mite debris, and allergen particles. We also test your air quality before and after with a calibrated meter, so you have documented proof of the results. No other residential service in Orlando does this.
A full decontamination of a standard Florida home (single HVAC system) takes 3 to 4 hours. Larger homes with multiple systems will take longer. We'll give you an exact time estimate when you book based on your home size and system configuration.
Yes. Everything is included — pre and post air quality testing, full system inspection with coil photos, mechanical agitation, HEPA extraction, EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment, a new MERV 13 filter, and your signed report. No add-on fees on the day of service. What we quote is what you pay.
For Florida homes, we recommend annual decontamination at minimum. Florida's year-round heat and humidity means your system never gets a seasonal break — contamination builds continuously. Our Healthy Home Plan covers your annual decontamination as part of the $150/month membership, so once you're on the plan you're protected year-round without any extra cost.
Yes. We use EPA-registered antimicrobial products specifically cleared for use in residential environments with children and pets. We'll provide you with the product data sheet for any chemical used in your home. Pets and children can return to the home 2 hours after treatment is complete.
We recommend you and your family be out of the home during the service, particularly the mechanical agitation phase. This is for your comfort — the process creates noise and temporary air disturbance inside the system. You can return 2 hours after treatment is complete, and you'll notice the air quality difference immediately.
The Healthy Home Plan is an annual membership at $150/month (billed monthly, cancel anytime). It includes one full decontamination per year, quarterly filter check visits, air quality monitoring reports, priority scheduling, and your rate locked in permanently. As a founding member you'll receive additional benefits not available to future customers.
Respira Florida is completing its Florida contractor licensing and NADCA ACR certification ahead of our 2026 launch. All services will be performed under fully licensed and certified professionals before any client work begins. We will provide product data sheets for all chemicals used in your home on request. We are transparent about our pre-launch status — which is exactly why we're building our list now rather than rushing to open.
